WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU VISIT

HOW DOES IT WORK?

People will come in and pay hourly to play on our systems! After creating a username, our team members will walk you over to the system you would like to play on and help you start gaming! Visit our social media pages to see our daily events/specials!

DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY OWN ACCOUNT ON EACH GAME I WANT TO PLAY?

No, you do not have to have your own account to play games here! Here at Contender eSports, there are 20+ games that you can play using our guest accounts. If we do not have a game that you own, you may sign into your account via the game launcher (battlenet, steam, etc.) and sign into your account. Once you log out of our PCs, your credentials will be wiped from our system so you will not stay logged in.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A RESERVATION, OR CAN I DROP IN?

No, you do not need to have a reservation to play. You can drop by anytime and walk in to start your awesome gaming experience!

HOW DO THE HOURS WORK? DO THEY EXPIRE?

Our hour passes of 1, 3, and 6 hours do not expire. So if you end up not using all of your time, once you log out, the rest of the time remaining will be on your account for next time! However, if you buy a day pass, the remaining time is taken away from your account once we close for that day.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY EQUIPMENT, OR DO YOU HAVE EVERYTHING?

Here at Contender eSports, we provide all the equipment gamers need to dominate their game including headset, mouse, keyboard, monitor, and controllers (if wanted). If you would like to bring your own equipment feel free to plug right in!

DO I NEED TO SUPERVISE MY CHILD/CHILDREN, OR CAN I LEAVE THEM WHILE THEY GAME?

You do not need to supervise your child/children while they are here gaming! If you would like to stay with them feel free, but if not, our friendly and amazing staff will make sure that they are taken care of!
