We are with you every step of the way.

Because we’ve found comprehensive training is a major factor to a Franchisee’s success, we’ll give you complete training on all things Contender Esports. Of course, we don’t stop there. We’ll also back you up with ongoing support. From your very first day as a Contender Esports Franchisee, you’ll have the full support of your assigned consultant, and our Contender Esports Corporate Team. You’ll always have someone ready to answer any questions you may have. And we’ll always be there to help you make your business the best.

Phase 1

Business Training

In our six-week intensive business academy, you’ll be trained in critical business systems that you’ll use every day. Topics include hiring people, managing processes, accounting, controlling costs and profit margins, marketing, creating culture, customer service and more. Our training is available online and is used as a reference for our owners, managers, and staff.

Phase 2

Operational Training

Next, is our mandatory, pre-opening training for owners, staff members, managers, and tournament organizers. This training is in modules and on a graded system. This generally takes about 2 days prior to opening, at which point our trainers are on site with you for the 3-day operational training program. You’ll also receive training on running your Mobile Gaming Venue operations, including sales and client management.

Store Opening

Our Game Center Trainers remain onsite for an additional 3 days to train you and your team members. You and your team will learn general store procedures and systems, game management, merchandising and marketing, as well as opening and closing procedures. The topics covered are required for the opening and operation of your new location.

Phase 4

6 Week Coaching

Next, is our mandatory, six-week consulting program. The final stage of training occurs after your open when you work directly with the Contender Esports consultant assigned to you. This training happens each week on a 1-hour phone call to review the progress of your store and proper application of the skills that have been taught.
The coaching extends to a full 90 days during your “First 90 Days of Marketing”, including our Corporate Tournament Organizer working with your staff for the first 5 tournaments held at your location.
