Terms:
- Minimum 2 Store Development Agreement
- Sub-Franchise rights are not included in the initial 2 Store Development Agreement
- Consideration for sub-franchising will be given to organizations with meeting the requirements for the Master Franchise opportunity.
- Royalty Rate typically at 5% + 2% Advertising
- Advertisement Requirements Vary
Franchisee Qualifications:
- Minimum Liquid Assets $100,000* USD
- Minimum Net Worth $400,000* USD
- Excellent credit
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- – Retail or entertainment industry
- – Multi-unit operations
- – Extensive knowledge of territory
*Requirements will differ based on market and minimum number of locations.
