Customer Rule List
- Keep your hands to yourself at all times. This includes play fighting. Do NOT put your hands on anyone else under any circumstances.
- Respect others and avoid toxicity. There is a difference between friendly banter and bullying. Know the difference and be respectful.
- If something goes wrong, tell a crew member. If you take matters into your own hands, you will be held responsible for the consequences.
- Crew members have the final say—no exceptions. Repeated disobedience will result in being sent home and may lead to a ban.
- No profanity. This is a family-friendly environment. If you need to use foul language, please play at home. ABSOLUTELY NO F-BOMBS.
- Be mindful of noise levels. Loud or disruptive behavior that affects others will not be tolerated.
- Treat equipment with care. Any damage to gaming systems or accessories will result in consequences and possible charges for repairs or replacement.
- No cheating or exploiting game mechanics. Play fair, respect the game, and follow the rules.
- Clean your area after you’re finished. We are trained to disinfect, but it’s your responsibility to leave your space clean. Repeated warnings will result in loss of access to the concession stand.
- You are supervised at all times. We have cameras monitoring every area of the gaming center for your safety and security. If you wouldn’t do it at home, school, or in public, you shouldn’t do it here.
