Who Are We?: The best way to understand what we are at Contender eSports Easton is a modern version of the classic arcade. We are here to give people of all age groups in the community another entertainment option. Like a bowling center offers time on lanes, we offer time on top of the line gaming computers, consoles, and soon VR and simulators. Like bowling centers, we host groups like league play, birthday parties, clubs, STEM activities, and social events. Like other arcades, we offer rewards, kind of like the old ticket system from ski ball. We are here for the mid-shore community who wish to engage with other video game enthusiasts.

Contender eSports Easton is a LAN center for gamers of all ages and skill levels. Our LAN center allows gamers to play with friends or large groups without needing to haul their gaming equipment around. Our gaming centers are lively and competitive and have everything gamers need. Here you can expect friendly competition among friends and other gamers.

What is esports?: Simply put, esports is competitive video gaming. Like other sports, esports organizes the smaller “pick up,” “sand lot,” and/or hang out competitions in to organized events. Most are small meet and greet style matches with minor reward prizes, but like other professional sports, some events get in to big prizes and have viewerships larger than the most popular sporting events. eSports builds teamwork, strategic and critical thinking, and leadership in it’s young players.

Leagues & Tournaments: We offer various events for gamers to join or join the watch room at our locations. These events include local, national, and international tournaments, lock-in parties, game nights, and gaming leagues. We hold events at least twice a month, so check out our tournament schedule for upcoming events.

Training Academies: Our Training Academies feature some of the most popular games and occur several times throughout the year. Our academies are coach-led and offer guided practices twice per week, focusing on individual and team skill development.
