Our intranet system, The Center, is a portal for all franchisees to make virtual contact. It is also an online tool that provides our franchisees with the tools they need at your fingertips, such as coupon templates, training videos for team members, manuals and much more. Although it is great to call someone if you need something, it is also great to have the tools you need at your fingertips. Franchisees can email and chat via discussion forums with other franchisees, managers and / or business team members.
